Manager - in - Training Program
LPC also offers a Manager-in-Training program. This program was designed to secure long-term leadership and improve the overall quality and consistency of LPC management.
In order to qualify for this program, you must be a Leasing Associate or Assistant Manager with LPC for one year or more OR have a four-year college degree. All Manager-in-Training candidates must be willing to relocate to another LPC location.
If selected in the program, the employee will fast track all management training and shadowing within a 12-month period to provide the best hands-on learning and management development experience in the industry.
